Cancellation Policy for AA Tours And Excursions

1. Cancellation Requests
   • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
   • Cancellations are considered valid only once confirmed by our customer service team.
2. Refund Eligibility
   • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.
   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total tour cost.
   • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are not eligible for refunds.
3. Special Circumstances
   • If a tour is canceled by AA Tours And Excursions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
   • In cases of emergency or unforeseen events, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Items
   • Any services or products purchased separately from the tour (such as optional add-ons, transportation, or meals) may have separate refund policies.
