Cancellation Policy for AA Tours And Excursions

At AA Tours And Excursions, we strive to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for all our guests. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Requests
   • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
   • Cancellations are considered valid only once confirmed by our customer service team.
2. Refund Eligibility
   • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour date.
   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total tour cost.
   • No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are not eligible for refunds.
3. Special Circumstances
   • If a tour is canceled by AA Tours And Excursions due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
   • In cases of emergency or unforeseen events, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Items
   • Any services or products purchased separately from the tour (such as optional add-ons, transportation, or meals) may have separate refund policies.
   • Gift certificates and special promotional offers may also have their own terms concerning cancellations and refunds.
